Oleksandr Omelchuk

CEO, Chairman of the Board of Directors

Oleksandr Omelchuk founded Phoenix Capital in July 2008 after аn extensive experience in the financial sector. Before starting his own company, Mr. Omelchuk worked in the banking sector, with international investment funds and also headed the capital markets section at one of Ukraine’s leading investment companies. At the moment, Mr. Omelchuk is responsible for overall strategic direction and business development at the Phoenix Capital Group of Companies.

Andriy Andriychuk

Managing Director, Member of the Board of Directors

Prior to joining Phoenix Capital, Mr. Andriychuk gained significant experience in the consultancy department of PricewaterhouseCoopers, led the investment department of a commercial bank and worked in one of Ukraine’s leading investment companies. He is an active member of the ACCA. At the moment, Mr. Andriychuk is responsible for securities trading.

Dmytro Gavrylenko

Managing Director, Member of the Board of Directors

Dmytro Gavrylenko is one of the founding partners of Phoenix Capital, having gained significant experience in investment banking, corporate finance and governance. Under Mr. Gavrylenko’s direction, several major transactions were executed in capital markets and mergers & acquisitions in Ukraine. Before the inception of Phoenix Capital, he worked for one of Ukraine’s leading investment companies. Mr. Gavrylenko is responsible for developing relations with key clients of Phoenix Capital.

Oleksandr Skubenko

Managing Director, Member of the Board of Directors

Oleksandr Skubenko has been with Phoenix Capital since its inception. Mr. Skubenko has significant experience in the banking sector, as well as in corporate finance and project management. Before setting up Phoenix Capital, he worked in investment banking for a multinational bank and for one of Ukraine’s leading investment companies. Mr. Skubenko is responsible for investment and business development at Phoenix Capital.
