Investment bank Phoenix Capital acted as international lead manager of the placement. October 22, 2010

Kyiv. October 22, 2010. Agroton completed IPO of 26.2% stake on The Warsaw Stock exchange, Phoenix Capital announced. According to the company’s book, Agroton stock was priced at 27 PLN (9.58 USD, 6.83 EUR) per share, which implies market capitalization of USD 207 mln.

Phoenix Capital investment company is the international lead manager of Agroton Public Limited’s initial public offering of a 26.2% stake on the main market of the Warsaw Stock Exchange. Agroton plans to raise up to $59 mln from the offering. Proceeds will be used for land bank expansion and to increase elevator storage capacities of grains and oilseeds.
